In Mobile Strike the Hall of Heroes increases your experience rewarded when ever your commander gains XP.
Each upgrade level increases the XP rewarded by 5% and maxes out at 125% for level 21 and 135% at level 22. In addition the Hall of Heroes protects a percentage of your commander’s XP should he be captured and executed.
It’s worthwhile saving up all of your base missions (by not collecting the rewards) and your daily, alliance and VIP chances, to use once you have a higher level Hall of Heroes. By delaying the completion of these missions, they will reward you with a much more commander XP.
For example if you can hold off completing any missions until level 15, all of your missions will reward you with 75% more XP.
You should also note that commander XP retention is only relevant when your commander is not resurrected. When your commander is executed, a timer starts giving you the opportunity to resurrect him with full XP. As you can buy a medical kit from the Alliance Store, in most circumstances you will not need to rely on your Hall of Heroes.
The Hall of Heros XP retention only comes into play when your commander dies and you don’t resurrect within the time limit. In this case you hire a new commander and you lose an amount of XP based on the level of this building.
In Mobile Strike, regardless of whether or not you resurrect, you will always retain all of your commander’s equipment.
The table below has the build cost for each upgrade level from 1 to 22, the build time (before boosts), buildings required and the power rewarded.
