Iron Mines produce iron for your base, one of the four main building resources in Mobile Strike.
You can upgrade your iron mines to increase their production rate per hour. Your total base iron capacity is also increased for each upgrade level. This capacity limit does not prevent you from storing more iron, however your mine will stop producing iron once this limit is hit.
Building 10 mines will complete a mission rewarding 112,000 iron and 6,750 power. This can be useful early on in the game. It is worthwhile building 10 Iron Mines and destroying any excess you don’t need, just to complete this mission.
As you progress through the levels of Mobile Strike, you will require significantly more resources to upgrade buildings and train troops. Building an alt Iron Mine account, building 25 iron mines and then transferring the excess iron to your main account is a useful tactic.
At level 22 your iron mine will produce 25,200 iron per hour and has a capacity of 1,083,600.
The table below has the build cost for each upgrade level from 1 to 22, the Headquarters level required, time to build (before boosts) and the power reward.
